Eligibility

• Graduation in Marketing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative content strategies.
• Experience running social media campaigns, contests, or promotions.

Work Profile

• Develop and manage engaging, high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s voice and guidelines.
• Write captions, creative copies, and story copies for social media platforms.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics like engagement rates, follower growth, and impressions.
• Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and other teams to maintain a cohesive brand message.
• Ensure social media content is consistent with the brand’s visual identity.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Create and shoot trending content, including reels, to keep the brand’s presence relevant and engaging.
• Develop strategies to increase followers and maintain organic growth.
