Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of experience in social media management for a fashion company.
• Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Passionate about delivering stellar customer service.
• Team player with a focus on supporting peers across the organisation.

Work Profile

• Plan, create, revise, and schedule editorial calendars, considering compliance, brand voice, and trends.
• Grow the brand’s presence across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with a focus on expanding to YouTube, Reddit, and Takatak.
• Identify potential issues and escalate when necessary, proposing solutions when possible.
• Understand marketing objectives, guidelines, and strategies, translating them into effective social media management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Assist with influencer outreach and fan engagement programmes.
• Contribute unique content ideas and insights during brainstorms.
• Work closely with the founding team and participate in analysis training.
