Kulsys Technologies is hiring a Social Media Executive.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.

Work Profile

1. Social Media Management
   • Develop and manage social media content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and others.
   • Schedule and publish posts using social media tools.
   • Monitor and engage with the audience to foster community interaction.
2. Content Creation
   • Create engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics).
   • Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign-specific material.
   • Stay updated on trends to ensure innovative, on-brand content.
3. Analytics & Reporting
   • Track and analyse social media performance using analytics tools.
   • Generate reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
   • Provide insights to improve campaigns and achieve goals.
4. Campaign Management
   • Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
   • Coordinate with other teams for cross-channel promotions.
   • Monitor ad performance and budget on paid social media platforms.
5. Trend Analysis & Innovation
   • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging platforms.
   • Propose innovative ideas to improve social media strategy and reach.
