About the Job

Loud Media and Entertainment is hiring a Social Media Manager with expertise in digital marketing.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating social media content for various platforms
• Strong knowledge of social media tools, scheduling, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Business Manager)
• Copywriting experience is required
• Knowledge of social media ads is preferred
• Experience in managing social media budgets and client communication
• Fluency with branding and marketing concepts, and proficiency in creating presentations
• Agency experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
• A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask
• Creative skills, with a good understanding of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva are a plus
• Additional points if the candidate is an influencer in the digital space

Work Profile

• Manage day-to-day handling of social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and adapt content for each platform
• Strategise and plan social media campaigns, creating daily content across platforms
• Perform social media audience research and competitor analysis
• Monitor, track, analyse, and report on performance using analytics tools
• Manage monthly and yearly social media budgets
• Communicate directly with clients regarding billing, budgets, proposals, reporting, and invoicing
• Work on strategy, content, and branding, with the possibility of using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Interact with clients and manage internal and external expectations
