About the Job

Nexlance is hiring for the position of Social Media Executive.

Eligibility

• Experience: 3-4 years
• Experience with International and Domestic clients
• Immediate joiner or within 15 days
• Familiarity with content creation and social media tools

Work Profile

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute social media strategies, research trends, and create content calendars.
• Content Creation & Management: Design engaging posts, schedule content, and optimise for each platform.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments/messages, interact with followers, and manage brand reputation.
• Advertising & Paid Campaigns: Run and optimise social media ads, track performance, and manage budgets.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaboration & Presentation: Work with teams, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and stay updated on trends.
