Tractor Junction is looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Executive to join the team.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Work Profile

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and curate content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including text posts, videos, and graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
