Pariveda is hiring an Executive Assistant and Marketing Executive.

Eligibility

• Experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage executive tasks and marketing projects simultaneously
• Experience in content creation and social media management
• Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting

Work Profile

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
• Prioritise and filter tasks based on importance and urgency
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Execute daily operational and functional duties effectively

Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Monitor and analyse marketing metrics and campaign performance
• Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and the company website
• Manage and monitor social media accounts to increase engagement
• Assist with SEO and SEM strategies
• Suggest strategies to enhance digital presence and outreach
• Maintain and update the company’s website to ensure it reflects current information
