About the Job

Beegru is hiring a Social Media Marketing Manager.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • 3-5 years of social media marketing experience, preferably in real estate
  • Expertise in Paid Ads (PPC), A/B Testing, and campaign management
  • Familiarity with real estate CRMs and portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing
  • Strong SEO/SEM knowledge and website optimisation skills
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Fluency in English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus

Work Profile

  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement. Manage Beegru’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X), staying updated on platform trends and algorithm changes.
  • Content Creation & Branding: Create engaging, SEO-optimised content such as posts, reels, videos, and stories. Collaborate with designers and content creators for high-quality digital assets. Develop property videos, market insights, and client testimonials.
  • Paid Advertising & Lead Generation: Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI. Work with the sales team to nurture and convert leads.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to inquiries and comments from agents, developers, and property seekers. Organise online events such as Q&A sessions and live property showcases. Build relationships with influencers and industry partners.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and AI tools. Provide data-driven insights to optimise campaigns.
  • SEO & Website Coordination: Optimise content for SEO and collaborate with the web team to update property listings and blogs.
  • Competitor Analysis: Research competitor strategies and real estate trends in Bangalore. Identify new marketing opportunities and digital tactics.
