About the Job

Kastech Software Solutions Group is hiring a Senior Technical Content Writer.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B/B2C technical content writing (preferably in technology services)
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush and Google Analytics
• Experience with GenAI writing tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Work Profile

• Create high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and brochures
• Translate complex technologies (ERP, SAP, Workday, Oracle Cloud, RPA, AR/VR) into accessible and engaging content
• Optimise content for SEO and use analytics to refine content strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with business objectives
• Maintain brand tone, clarity, and accuracy across all channels
