Eligibility

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with Markdown and Git repositories
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Experience with documentation tools and web-based content platforms

Work Profile

• Develop and edit technical documentation such as user manuals, instructional content, and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with engineers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather accurate technical information
• Ensure documentation meets quality, clarity, and consistency standards
• Enhance content using multimedia tools and web-based documentation platforms
