About the Job

SynergyCraft is hiring a Marketing Manager for an international beverage brand.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG or beverage sector
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends

Work Profile

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies
• Develop and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns
• Align brand and promotional strategies with business and sales goals
• Oversee advertising across digital, print, and out-of-home channels
• Manage digital brand presence and social media content calendars
• Lead influencer collaborations and monitor engagement
• Collaborate with sales, product, and distribution teams
• Track marketing performance and manage budgets
