About the Job

Snapscale is hiring a Social Media Manager (Intermediate Level) for a remote position based in India.

Eligibility

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
• Preferred industry experience: med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and content trends
• Excellent written English with a friendly and professional tone
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently under direction

Work Profile

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing social media strategies aligned with company goals
• Managing and creating engaging content across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Monitoring engagement and trends, and providing actionable insights
• Analysing social media metrics to optimise performance
• Collaborating with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaigns
• Responding to comments and messages promptly
