About the Job

Leap of Faith Technologies is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SMM, and PPC
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog
• Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimising campaign performance
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate with a digital marketing team
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Familiarity with content strategy, keyword research, and social media management tools is preferred

Work Profile

• Lead and manage the SEO team to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings
• Plan and execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strategise and implement social media marketing (SMM) initiatives
• Mentor the digital marketing team and ensure high-performance outputs
• Track key performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies based on data insights
• Conduct market and competitor research to stay current with trends and benchmarks
