About the Job

Ethics Group is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in direct-to-consumer brands)
• Proven success in planning and executing impactful digital campaigns
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media, content, email marketing, and paid advertising
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email platforms
• Excellent communication and content creation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic actions
• Creativity, innovation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing a monthly marketing budget of ₹15–20 lakh

Work Profile

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions
• Manage campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
• Optimise the company website for user experience and conversion
• Oversee social media presence and create engaging content for various platforms
• Analyse campaign performance and generate data-driven insights
• Collaborate across departments to align marketing with business objectives
• Manage vendor and agency relationships as needed
