Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in social media management, specifically in a fashion company
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of fashion industry trends and social platforms
  • Proficient in planning and executing editorial calendars
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and Takatak
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Team player with a customer-centric mindset

Work Profile

• Plan and manage editorial calendars aligned with brand voice, compliance, and trend relevance
• Manage and grow brand presence across various social media platforms
• Monitor for potential issues and propose solutions as needed
• Support influencer outreach and audience engagement initiatives
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with the founding team and participate in brainstorm sessions
• Contribute to achieving revenue goals through strategic social media efforts
• Execute brand-aligned campaigns and assist in new platform expansion
