About the Job

Agilemania is hiring an SEO Lead – EdTech / Training Industry.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or e-learning domains
• Demonstrated success in driving organic traffic and conversions
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices
• Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console
• Familiarity with HTML, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and basic JS/CSS
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in international SEO for regions such as the US, Europe, and APAC
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and multimedia content optimisation
• Knowledge of CRO and A/B testing
• Familiarity with AI tools used in SEO workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper)

Work Profile

• Design and lead the SEO strategy aligned with business objectives
• Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitor tracking
• Optimise website content, metadata, and structure for on-page SEO
• Collaborate with content, development, and design teams for implementation
• Manage technical SEO aspects including crawlability and site speed
• Drive backlink acquisition and collaborate with high-authority platforms
• Monitor performance using SEO tools and report results
• Mentor SEO team members (if applicable)
• Keep up with SEO trends, Google updates, and industry innovations
