About the Job

Infometry is hiring a Technical Content Writer.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical content writing or B2B product marketing within the cloud data ecosystem
• Engineering or technical background in education
• Experience documenting or marketing software connectors, native apps, or data solutions
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, GCP, BigQuery) and integration technologies (REST APIs, iPaaS)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of platforms like Informatica, Tableau, Snowflake, or Azure is highly desirable
• Understanding of Agile methodologies is preferred

Work Profile

• Write and edit technical content such as whitepapers, blogs, case studies, product descriptions, and API documentation
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand and communicate solution capabilities
• Translate complex technical concepts into content suitable for technical and non-technical audiences
• Maintain brand consistency across all content channels
• Optimise content for digital channels including email, social media, and web
• Apply SEO best practices and assist in keyword research and content strategy
• Use CMS tools for content management
