About the Job

EPSON India Pvt Ltd is hiring an Executive / Senior Executive in Digital Marketing.

Eligibility

• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven track record in performance marketing for B2B and B2C product categories
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Leadsquared (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills to assess and optimise campaign performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with IT hardware products is an added advantage
• Positive attitude and drive for continuous growth

Work Profile

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C categories
• Prepare and analyse media plans and campaign reports in coordination with digital agencies
• Manage lead flows to CRM systems and coordinate with call centres
• Maintain and implement social media calendars and content
• Oversee agency coordination for creatives, microsite development, and campaign execution
• Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) and social listening
• Update corporate website in coordination with web manager
• Generate MIS reports and support senior team members with documentation and presentations
