About the Job

Licious is hiring a Senior Content Writer.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in creative or advertising agencies
• Experience working with FMCG, consumer internet, or e-commerce brands
• Fluency in English and at least one vernacular language
• Familiarity with emerging digital content formats and trends
• Strong interest in regional and pop-culture content
• Ability to understand marketing briefs and develop effective content solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Passion for meat is essential; candidates uncomfortable with meat handling or consumption may not be suitable for this role

Work Profile

The role includes end-to-end development of content and creative solutions across Licious’ owned, earned, and paid platforms. Key responsibilities:

• Creating impactful content across in-app messaging, social media, digital films, print, TVC scripts, OOH, radio, BTL, CRM, and email campaigns
• Collaborating with internal teams including Design, Brand, Growth, and Category to build effective campaigns
• Leading campaign ideation and execution that drives business goals and builds brand recognition
• Working with creative agencies and production partners to ensure high-quality output
• Experimenting with new content ideas and formats while aligning with brand objectives
