ALLEN Digital is hiring a Social Media Lead.
Eligibility
- Minimum 8 years of experience in social media management
- Extensive experience with YouTube and other content platforms
- Proven ability to tie social media metrics to lead generation and conversions
- Experience in influencer marketing and campaign execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting social media data
- Prior experience with platforms like Telegram, Quora, and Reddit preferred
- Capable of handling cross-functional collaborations and multiple business objectives
- Comfortable communicating in both English and Hindi
- Familiarity with technical or education-based content is an added advantage
Work Profile
- Create and execute a lead-focused social media strategy for education sector
- Develop targeted campaigns for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Quora, Reddit, and Telegram
- Drive influencer marketing initiatives and manage collaboration with creators
- Build and mentor a team of content creators and platform specialists
- Align content calendars with business and academic goals
- Collaborate with academic and marketing teams for product and course promotions
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, traffic, and lead conversions
- Optimise consumer journeys from content to app downloads and website actions
