About the Job

Blackhole Retail is looking for an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Executive to oversee and enhance operations across major e-commerce platforms.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, and Zepto
• Demonstrated expertise in marketplace advertising and promotional campaign management
• Proficiency in handling account health, inventory, and catalogue optimisation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and take actionable steps
• Excellent multitasking, organisational, and communication abilities
• Familiarity with MS Excel and e-commerce tools (preferred)

Work Profile

• Manage listings, updates, and catalogue optimisation on various platforms
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns and promotions
• Monitor KPIs such as sales, traffic, and ad performance
• Address and resolve platform-related issues including disputes and compliance
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and operations teams
• Track market trends and identify business growth opportunities
• Maintain effective communication with account managers on each platform
