Aarush Impact is hiring a Junior Associate – Social Media & Community Management.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or content writing
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Strong understanding of engagement strategies and analytics
- Creativity, empathy, and a deep commitment to social causes
- Prior experience in the social sector is an advantage
Work Profile
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit
- Create engaging content such as posts, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns
- Manage and engage large WhatsApp and Telegram groups
- Plan and execute digital campaigns focused on child rights
- Use Canva and basic video editing tools for content creation
- Analyse performance data and trends to refine digital strategy
- Onboard and engage influencers and volunteers within budget
