About the Job

HSBC is hiring an Investment Content Writer – Wealth and Personal Banking.

Eligibility

• Minimum 8 years of experience in investment writing, financial journalism, or content marketing within the financial services, fintech, banking, or investment research sectors
• University-level degree
• Strong command of English with the ability to simplify complex financial topics for a broad audience
• Solid understanding of financial markets and investment research
• Experience in content curation, editing, and publication layout
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and content engagement analytics
• Proven ability to manage global stakeholders across time zones and regulatory environments
• Prior exposure to digital content creation and marketing would be advantageous

Work Profile

• Create high-quality investment content based on reports by Chief Investment Officers and financial market trends
• Repurpose and edit market commentary for distribution across email, websites, and social media
• Collaborate with content leads for Private Banking and Retail Wealth to deliver timely and engaging publications
• Coordinate editing, layout, and publishing of investment-focused materials such as “Top 10 Ideas”, “Investment Monthly”, and thematic reports
• Contribute content for webinars, events, and video series
• Analyse content engagement and provide insights for strategic improvements in digital user experience
• Work closely with regional teams to align content with audience needs and regulatory requirements
