About the Job

Incogital is hiring a Social Media Manager.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the fashion sector
• Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro
• Deep interest in fashion, lifestyle, and youth culture
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices

Work Profile

• Strategise, plan, and execute engaging social media content for fashion and lifestyle clients
• Design eye-catching graphics, carousel posts, motion creatives, and reels
• Shoot and edit short-form video content for platforms like Instagram
• Maintain brand consistency across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
• Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and clients to create high-performing campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest fashion and social media trends
• Manage publishing schedules, captions, hashtags, and engagement
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
