About the Job

ClicksMedia is hiring a Social Media Manager to lead content strategy, platform management, and creative campaigns for multiple brands.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media strategy and management
• Strong knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and platform-specific best practices
• Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, ChatGPT, Slack, etc.
• Bonus: Experience with AI tools for content or caption generation
• Experience managing multiple client accounts (preferred)

Work Profile

• Creating monthly content calendars and campaign strategies
• Managing ideation, captions, scheduling, and execution across platforms
• Collaborating with designers, editors, and clients for timely content delivery
• Tracking post-performance and preparing monthly insight reports
• Managing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
• Staying updated with trends, hashtags, and platform changes
• Strategising reels, stories, carousels, and static content for engagement
• Running and monitoring paid campaigns (optional but a strong advantage)
