About the Job

MicroGenesis TechSoft is hiring a Marketing Associate – Digital & Campaigns with 2–3 years of experience to join its team in Bangalore.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media, preferably in a B2B or tech-focused company/agency
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube)
• Working knowledge of email tools such as Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

Work Profile

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing and campaign strategies
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing tasks
• Use marketing tools to track campaign performance and gather insights
• Support email marketing efforts and assist in content planning
