About the Job

Questa Search Partners is hiring an Associate Vice President – Digital Marketing for a leadership role focused on driving ROI-centric strategies across digital channels.

Eligibility

• Minimum 15 years of experience in digital marketing leadership roles
• MBA in Marketing from a Tier II or reputed B-School
• Prior experience in the Banking, NBFC, or BFSI sector preferred
• Strong knowledge of MarTech platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI optimisation
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media
• Leadership qualities with a data-driven and innovative mindset

Work Profile

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
• Lead performance marketing efforts including PPC, display, retargeting, and affiliate marketing
• Leverage MarTech platforms for precise targeting and campaign optimisation
• Translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, content, and sales
• Manage and optimise digital marketing budgets
