About the Job

AI Growth Private Limited is hiring a Content Writer.

Eligibility

• 3–6 years of experience in content writing and editing, preferably in the investment and finance sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Journalism, Communications, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Prior exposure to fixed income products such as bonds and structured debt
• Strong writing and research skills
• In-depth understanding of financial concepts, investment strategies, and fintech
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimisation tools
• Excellent proofreading and editorial skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify audience-relevant trends
• Experience mentoring junior writers or freelancers (preferred)
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Work Profile

• Create compelling and accurate content across long-form and short-form formats including blogs, articles, whitepapers, emailers, YouTube scripts, social media posts, newsletters, webinars, and sales collaterals
• Develop and refine content strategy in collaboration with the marketing team, aligning it with business goals and brand tone
• Conduct thorough research on financial topics, trends, and competitors to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Optimise content for SEO to increase visibility and audience engagement
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
• Mentor freelance or junior content writers when required
