About the Job

Marca Studioz is hiring a Social Media Manager – Client Brand Accounts to manage multiple client brands across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The role offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work options within India.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Google Sheets.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Proactive and creative thinker with a flair for trend research.
• Basic understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms and content formats.

Work Profile

• Manage and grow 3–5 client social media pages.
• Create monthly content calendars including reels, carousels, stories, and static posts.
• Write engaging, SEO-friendly captions and select relevant hashtags.
• Schedule and post content using Meta Business Suite or similar tools.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, saves, and engagement, and suggest improvements.
• Manage community engagement through comments and direct messages.
• Research trends, hooks, and content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate with design and video teams for timely content delivery.
