About the Job

Turtlemint is hiring a Social Media Manager to join its growing team in Mumbai.

Eligibility

• 3–4+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably with consumer brands (CPG, fintech, or service-based sectors).
• Proven expertise in building and executing digital strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Work Profile

The selected candidate will:

• Manage Turtlemint’s social channels including Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Build and execute content calendars aligned with brand priorities, product launches, and cultural trends.
• Collaborate with copywriters, content creators, designers, and video teams for impactful campaigns.
• Spot and act on social media trends quickly to enhance brand voice.
• Partner with influencer marketing teams for creator-led collaborations.
• Track, analyse, and optimise platform performance for improved engagement.
• Experiment with new formats and creative storytelling techniques.
