About the Job

Janaagraha is looking for a Senior Associate/Associate – Policy Engagement (Social Media) who can design impactful campaigns and turn digital conversations into real-world policy change.

Eligibility

• Strong skills in social media management across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
• Ability to create videos, podcasts, posters, reels, and other multimedia formats.
• Creativity in designing campaigns that connect citizens and policymakers.
• Passion for urban reform and governance.
• Prior experience in policy engagement, communications, or digital campaigning is an advantage.

Work Profile

• Design and manage creative campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
• Develop engaging content including videos, podcasts, posters, and reels.
• Build conversations around urban governance and reforms.
• Translate online engagement into policy impact.
