About the Job

Zolo is hiring an Associate Social Media Manager.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and tracking
• Experience in content creation (graphics, captions, short videos)
• Exposure to Meta Ads or Paid Campaigns (preferred but not mandatory)
• Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership

Work Profile

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing and growing social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Creating engaging and audience-focused content (posts, stories, reels, carousels, videos)
• Monitoring performance and reporting key metrics
• Staying updated with trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
• Engaging with the community through comments, messages, and interactions
• Collaborating with design, content, and marketing teams for strategy alignment
• Supporting content calendar and campaign strategy development
• Assisting with Meta Ads or Paid Campaigns (if applicable)
