About the Job

Rozana is hiring a Social Media Manager.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of hands-on social media management experience
• Proven track record of organically growing followers and engagement
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms
• Excellent skills in content ideation, copywriting, and storytelling
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and YouTube Studio
• Collaborative mindset with creative energy

Preferred: Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Agency, or FMCG sectors; influencer collaborations; and tools like Canva/Figma.

Work Profile

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Driving organic reach, engagement, and followers across platforms
• Building and managing a dynamic content calendar (posts, reels, shorts, lives)
• Collaborating with designers and creators to deliver high-quality content
• Leveraging trends, cultural moments, and viral formats to maximise visibility
• Managing communities through comments, DMs, and conversations
• Experimenting with innovative formats to boost virality
• Running occasional paid campaigns to support growth
