About the Job

TJC Group is hiring Digital Content Writers to join its marketing team.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of prior experience in content creation
• Proficient level of English (C1/C2 desired)
• Strong writing skills for both long-form and short-form content
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and grammar
• Experience in working with or editing AI-assisted content (fact-checking, tone, originality)
• Good command of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Keen interest in software and the SAP landscape
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain effective communication across teams
• Demonstrated aptitude for leveraging AI tools effectively

Nice to have:

• Experience with WordPress, SEMrush, HubSpot, Canva, or similar tools
• Awareness of the latest content trends and AI tools
• Knowledge of French or German is an added advantage

Work Profile

• Write SEO-driven content for off-page channels (Quora, articles, infographics, etc.) and manage the off-page calendar
• Create and manage engaging social media copy (LinkedIn, X/Twitter) and take ownership of the posting calendar
• Optimise on-page content (blogs, resources) based on the optimisation calendar
• Assist in creating blogs, infographics, and other content assets for corporate channels
• Publish content on WordPress in multiple languages and manage the publication process
• Conduct research to support content creation
• Manage and maintain high-quality content across Google My Business profiles
• Support marketing operations (HubSpot scheduling, newsletters, etc.)
• Assist with blog translations (French, German) via WPML translator
• Create social media creatives using Canva AI or other AI tools
• Provide support for SEO-related tasks
