About the Job

Maximus Human Resources Pvt Ltd is hiring a Client Servicing Executive/Manager (Social Media).

Eligibility

• 3–6 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a digital or creative agency
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Work Profile

• Serve as the key point of contact between the agency and social media clients
• Understand client goals and translate them into effective digital strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams, including strategy, design, and content, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Prepare campaign reports and performance insights
• Manage timelines, feedback loops, and client expectations
• Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
