About the Job

Media Maniacs Group is hiring a Social Media Executive with 2.5–3 years of experience to join its expanding digital team.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2.5–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Prior agency experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Zapier, and Google Analytics.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, ad boosting, and automation workflows.
• Strong written English and ability to maintain brand tone consistency.
• Familiarity with AI tools for caption generation, trend research, or analytics is a plus.

Work Profile

• Plan, prepare, and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Conceptualise, draft, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with each brand’s goals.
• Use automation tools such as Meta Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Zapier, ManyChat, and Notion to streamline posting and reporting.
• Optimise performance through strategic post timing, hashtags, and creatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights on engagement and reach.
• Manage online communities by engaging with comments, DMs, and brand mentions.
• Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Spot and adapt trending formats and audios creatively for brand use.
• Support influencer and PR campaigns by coordinating collaborations and tracking deliverables.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives and posting schedules to enhance engagement and conversions.
