Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Trend-savvy content creator with experience in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Passionate about online community building and engagement

Work Profile

The selected candidate will:

• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and reels across major social media platforms
• Create fun and interactive content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Engage actively with the online community through comments, DMs, and trending discussions
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to boost brand visibility
• Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth, and prepare weekly reports
• Research social media trends and competitors to develop creative strategies
• Work closely with the digital marketing, design, and content teams to execute campaigns effectively
• Manage YouTube uploads, content scheduling, and optimisation
