About the Job

Potafo is hiring a Content Writer to join its creative team.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven writing experience in digital, marketing, or product communication.
• Excellent command of written English with the ability to write creatively and technically.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and CMS tools.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for storytelling and attention to detail.

Work Profile

• Create engaging, accurate, and original content across multiple formats, including:
  • Website and landing pages
  • Blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership articles
  • Product explainers and feature descriptions
  • Internal documentation and training materials
  • Social media storytelling and brand campaigns
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to create impactful narratives.
• Maintain brand voice consistency and tone across all communication channels.
• Apply SEO and keyword strategies to boost content visibility.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, structure, and tone.
• Stay updated with digital and content trends to ensure brand relevance.
