Eligibility

1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical and creative content writing
3. Proven ability to produce high-quality content in both technical and creative domains
4. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization
5. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work Profile

1. Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, product guides, and API documentation
2. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content
3. Collaborate with engineering teams to gather and understand technical information
4. Develop creative and engaging content for marketing materials, blog posts, social media, and other digital platforms
5. Craft compelling narratives that capture the brand’s voice and resonate with the target audience
6. Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness
7. Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content
8. Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements
9. Assist in planning and executing content strategies aligned with business objectives
10. Analyse content performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
