Work Profile

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Create engaging and original content, including text, images, videos, and stories, for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and manage social media channels, respond to messages, and engage with followers.
• Analyse performance metrics like engagement, reach, and impressions, and optimise campaigns accordingly.
• Stay updated on social media trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Coordinate with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to boost brand visibility.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to derive actionable insights.
