About the Job
Mobishastra Technologies LLC is hiring a Brand Marketing Manager.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 2–3 years of proven experience in brand marketing and social media management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer psychology
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or similar)
- Creative thinker with the ability to design and implement innovative campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to measure impact and optimise performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Work Profile
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to strengthen brand identity and positioning
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other platforms
- Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and collaborations to drive engagement and reach
- Monitor industry insights, social media trends, and competitor activities
- Create and maintain brand guidelines for consistent tone, style, and messaging
- Engage with online audiences by responding to queries, comments, and messages
- Collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns
- Work with PR, event, and partnership teams to amplify brand visibility
- Track, analyse, and report brand and social media KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, sentiment)
- Identify influencer partnerships and community-building opportunities
