About the Job

Swasti is hiring Communications & Digital Engagement Associates.

Eligibility

• Educational background or internship experience in the social impact sector.
• Experience in communications, social media, or content creation.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools (mandatory).
• Strong writing and editing skills in English (mandatory).
• Fluency in Hindi or Kannada (spoken & written) is a plus.
• Comfortable with basic tech hosting for online events.

Work Profile

• Social Media & Content Creation – Design and write engaging posts, infographics, and reports using Canva/Adobe.
• Copywriting & Editing – Craft compelling content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Tech Hosting & Digital Support – Assist with online events, webinars, and platform management.
• Storytelling & Impact Documentation – Capture stories, case studies, and impact reports.
• Design & Visual Communication – Support with presentations, reports, and campaign visuals.
• Basic Operations Support – Assist with coordination and administrative tasks.
