About the Job

Credilio is hiring a Content & Communication Manager.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation, strategy, and team management
• Proven ability to manage content calendars and cross-functional collaborations
• Strong content writing and editing skills with an understanding of brand voice and tonality
• Familiarity with content performance metrics, SEO principles, and audience engagement tactics
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as D2C brands or early-stage companies
• Ability to take initiative, with a high standard for quality and delivery

Work Profile

The role involves leading and scaling content efforts across multiple platforms. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals
• Overseeing social media content and trend-based engagement
• Managing push messaging for WhatsApp, emails, and app notifications
• Planning and curating monthly newsletters
• Executing SEO-driven blog strategies
• Creating in-app content in collaboration with product and design teams
• Ensuring brand voice, tone, and quality across all content formats
