About the Job

Aptara is hiring a Content Associate / Editorial Assistant / Copy Editor to join their team in Noida.

• A Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in content creation, editing, or proofreading.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with CMS, editing tools, and SEO best practices is a plus.

Work Profile

• Assist in generating, researching, and developing compelling content for blogs, articles, newsletters, and social media.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure grammar, style, and accuracy meet high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with writers, designers, and stakeholders for timely content production.
• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Verify information and sources for credibility.
• Contribute to content strategies that engage and grow audiences.
• Maintain records of content revisions, approvals, and schedules.
• Provide constructive feedback to writers for content improvement.
