About the Job
Jyopa Connexions is hiring for the role of Associate / Analyst – Content Moderation (1–2 Years of Experience).
Eligibility
- 1 to 2 years of experience in content moderation, social media moderation, or similar roles in print/digital/TV media
- Proficiency in English (B2 level – oral and written)
- Any graduation degree
- Ability to handle egregious content and make sound judgment calls under pressure
Work Profile
- Monitor and moderate egregious content as per predefined customer guidelines
- Approve or reject content based on compliance standards involving sensitive material such as child abuse imagery, terrorism, and violence
- Track incoming content flow and identify gaps in policies
- Document nuanced examples and edge cases to build reference repositories
- Collaborate in improving moderation guidelines using ground-level insights
