Eligibility

• Strong research skills and the ability to gather information from diverse sources
• Capability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams

Work Profile

• Develop copy for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms
• Manage website content using content management systems
• Create training modules on products, processes, and soft skills
• Collaborate with graphic design teams to create engaging content
• Present drafts, incorporate feedback, and finalise modules
• Support digital campaigns with creative content
• Analyse content marketing metrics and implement improvements
• Generate content ideas in collaboration with other departments
