About the Job

Ashray Akruti is hiring a Content Writer.

Eligibility

  1. Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or in a similar role.
  2. Excellent command of the English language, with outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  3. Familiarity with content creation for newsletters, social media, corporate communication, and event scripts.
  4. Strong understanding of tone and voice, with the ability to adapt writing style for various audiences.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and other writing and collaboration tools.

Work Profile

Content Writing:

  • Create high-quality written content for AA Connect, newsletters, event scripts, and social media channels.
  • Write professional letters, invites, proposals, and templates as required by the team.
  • Draft internal communication materials such as greetings, emails, announcements, and other company-wide messages.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the organisation’s voice, tone, and style guidelines.

Content Editing:

  • Review and edit content for clarity, grammatical accuracy, and consistency.
  • Refine and polish content for readability and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all content is factual and on-point.

Content Reviewing:

  • Proofread for typographical and grammatical errors, formatting inconsistencies, and factual correctness.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality control in all written content before publication or distribution.

Content Management:

  • Manage the content calendar for newsletters, social media posts, and other scheduled communications.
  • Ensure timely creation, review, and publication of content based on deadlines.

Social Media Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging.
  • Assist in curating relevant, creative, and appealing social media posts to promote events, initiatives, and company culture.

Event Scripts:

  • Write and organise event scripts for corporate events and meetings.
  • Ensure that scripts align with event goals and convey key messages effectively.

Templates & Proposals:

  • Create and maintain a variety of templates (emails, letters, proposals) to streamline communication processes.
  • Draft proposals that are persuasive, clear, and aligned with the organisation’s objectives.

Internal Communication:

  • Write personalised greetings, announcements, and celebratory messages for internal use.
  • Maintain a positive tone and engaging style for all internal communications.
