Eligibility

2. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
3. Familiarity with SEO optimization techniques, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and metadata management
4. Proven experience in creating step-by-step guides and product documentation
5. Strong knowledge of CRM products and their functionalities
6. Proficiency in creating content such as product manuals, user guides, and tutorials
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
