About the Job
Careerfit.ai is hiring a Content Writer.
Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in content marketing, preferably in technology.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation techniques.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and ability to interpret data for insights and decision-making.
- Creative thinker capable of generating innovative ideas and translating them into compelling content assets.
Work Profile
- Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy aligned with marketing objectives and target audience preferences.
- Produce various content assets including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, infographics, videos, webinars, and social media posts.
- Optimise all content for SEO and tailor it to meet the needs of specific buyer personas.
- Manage a content calendar for consistent delivery across channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contributors to align content production with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop distribution plans to maximise content reach and impact through email marketing, social media, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and other channels.
- Monitor and analyse content performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools to optimise strategies and achieve KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, and brand sentiment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product management, and customer success to support integrated marketing initiatives.
