Eligibility

1. Experience: 2-3 years preferred.
2. Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably with a focus on retention or customer engagement.
3. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
4. Ability to create compelling, personalized content that resonates with diverse customer segments.
5. Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to generate data-driven content ideas.

Work Profile

The Content Writer will:

1. Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original and engaging content.
2. Write high-quality content for web platforms including blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
3. Create case studies, white papers, project descriptions, and technical articles.
4. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with brand voice and marketing strategies.
5. Ensure all content is SEO-optimised and follows digital content best practices.
